GWO Basic Safety Training
Target/aim:
To give the participants consciousness to promote a reasonable and safe manual handling behavior when working in the Danish wind industry. The class will alternate between theoretical and practical learning. According to the GWO manual, it is necessary for you as a co-worker in the wind industry to take this training course.
Target group:
This training course is for employees in the wind industry and related employments with a need to acquire a "GWO BST manual handling Module" certificate.

Introduction
Legislation
Risks and danger
Spinal anatomi and body posture
Planning a lift
Risk management and lifting technique
Behavior in proportion to safety
Case-based practice
Duration:
4 hours (corresponding to a half working day)
Number of participants:
Minimum 4 and maximum 8 persons
Place of education:
Nordjyllands Beredskabs Training center in Aalborg.
Price:
Price per person DK kr. 1.107,00 included meals, teaching materials and WINDA certificate. The price is exclusive of VAT.
Conditions:
You need to get a WINDA number before you start on this course, because we use it to upload your GWO certificate.
